How long it takes
Orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your country. Some destinations may take slightly longer due to customs.
What it costs
Free worldwide shipping on every order. No minimums, no thresholds, no "free shipping over $X" gotchas.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder — or email support@neckreset.online.
Where it ships from
We use a network of global fulfillment partners. Your order may originate from a warehouse in Asia, Europe, or North America depending on your address and product. Customs and import duties (where applicable) are the customer's responsibility, though most orders ship without any.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package is lost, stuck, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we'll replace it or refund you — whichever you prefer. No proof-photo gauntlet required.

How to return
- Email support@neckreset.online with your order number and a one-line reason (it helps us improve).
- We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Drop the return at any local post office or carrier pickup.
- Refund processed within 5 business days of us receiving the package, back to your original payment method.
The fine print, in plain English
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.
- The product should be in usable condition (light use is fine — you tested it, that's the point).
- The 21-Day Recovery Program is yours to keep, refund or not.
- Refunds go to your original payment method only.
Exchanges
Want to swap a Pro for an Air, or change a color? Email us and we'll arrange it — no return needed in most cases.
Order changes
Need to update your shipping address or cancel an order? Email us within 24 hours of placing the order and we'll catch it before it ships. After that, we'll work with you on a return + reorder.
